Every child should have an equal chance to learn, excel, and help lead America to a better, brighter future. Education policy should recognize the distinctive challenges and opportunities for rural schools and reflect the unique needs of those students, families, and educators.I'm trying to figure out whether I agree with the statement that "ever child should have a equal change to learn," or whether every child should have a fair or equitable chance. Other than that, I am in total agreement.
